Had so much fun in Philly yesterday. It was worth the 5 blisters I came home with.
One of the elephants I adopted three years ago died today. They think it had something to do with her bone marrow. She first became sick in January but in the end there was nothing that could be done for her. October 2010 I stood in her stall and petted her back while she drank from a bottle - she was about the size of a small pony.
It seems strange to be upset about an animal half a world away - but that’s how I roll.
How can I get any work done when a certain person emails me every 5 minutes.
